What we build in Highlands Ranch homes

  • Walk-in closets. The primary closets in BackCountry and Eastridge homes are oversized but underutilized. We design them around your actual wardrobe — long hang, double hang, drawers for folded items, shoe shelving, jewelry pull-outs.

  • Garage storage. Highlands Ranch's three-car garages are prime candidates for our cabinet systems and overhead racks. Skis, camping gear, kids' bikes, Costco overflow — all off the floor, all visible.

  • Pantries. The original Shea pantries are deep and dark. We reconfigure with pull-out drawers, adjustable shelving, and lighting so nothing gets lost behind the cereal boxes.

  • Mudrooms. With nine months of snow boots, soccer cleats, and lacrosse gear, the mudroom is the single highest-impact room we build in Highlands Ranch.

  • Home offices and laundry rooms. Both grew in importance after 2020. We build full custom desk surfaces, cabinet storage, and folding stations.
