Custom Closets, Garages & Storage in Lone Tree
Lone Tree homes come in two flavors: the Heritage Hills and RidgeGate luxury custom builds, and the townhomes and patio homes near the Lone Tree Arts Center. Both share a storage challenge — high-end finishes that don't extend into the closets and garages. We've been fixing that since 1999
What we build in Lone Tree homes
Primary walk-in closets — Heritage Hills and Heritage Estates. The original walk-ins in these custom builds are often 100–200+ sq ft, but the interiors are typically dated. We rebuild with double-hang sections, drawer banks, lit hanging rods, shoe shelving, and islands in larger spaces. Most projects include integrated LED lighting and finish-matching to existing master suite cabinetry.
Reach-in closets — RidgeGate townhomes and patio homes. Smaller secondary closets are where downsizers get hit hardest — you brought 30 years of wardrobe into a 6-foot reach-in. We double or triple capacity with custom shelving, drawer banks, double-hang systems, and pull-out hampers. Same-day install in most cases.
Garage cabinetry — three- and four-car bays in Heritage Hills. Full cabinet runs in premium finishes (slate, graphite, walnut, painted whites), integrated workbenches, overhead steel-rack storage, and slatwall systems for skis, bikes, and golf gear. We coordinate with epoxy flooring installers when needed.
Garage organization — RidgeGate and Heritage West two-car garages. Tighter footprints need smarter design. We focus on vertical storage, overhead racks, and slim cabinet runs that don't sacrifice parking space.
Pantries. From the walk-in pantries in Heritage Hills custom builds to the tight reach-in pantries in patio homes — both benefit from pull-out drawer systems, adjustable shelving, appliance landing zones, and integrated lighting that turns dead corners into usable space.
Mudrooms and entry drop zones. The garage-entry mudrooms in Lone Tree homes are high-traffic — especially for active families and the dog-owner empty-nesters who make up much of the patio home market. We build lockers, bench seating with shoe drawers, hidden storage, and dog-gear stations.
Home offices. A growing category in RidgeGate, where light rail access has pulled in remote workers. We design built-in desk surfaces, cabinet storage, file drawers, and shelving that turns a secondary bedroom into a real working office.
Laundry rooms. Most Lone Tree laundry rooms were built as utility spaces, not functional ones. We add folding stations, hanging storage, cabinet runs, and pull-out hampers that turn the room into the staging area it should have been.
Aging-in-place adaptations. Specifically for the downsizer market in RidgeGate and the patio homes — lower-reach shelving, pull-down hanging rods, ADA-friendly drawer pulls, and bench seating in walk-ins. We've been building these features into Lone Tree projects for clients planning to stay in their homes long-term.
Why Lone Tree homeowners choose Out of Sight
Family-owned since 1999. We were designing closets in Heritage Hills when most of the original custom homes were brand new — and we've been back to remodel many of them since. A quarter century in your neighborhood, not three years and a franchise script.
Lifetime guarantee. Every drawer slide, hinge, shelf, and panel we install is covered as long as you own the home. If anything fails, we fix it. Free. No franchise in the Denver market offers this.
Designed and installed locally — no subcontractors. Joel and Stephanie Grace run the shop in Littleton, fifteen minutes from RidgeGate. The person who measures your closet is the same person on the install crew. Nothing gets handed off to a third-party contractor who doesn't know the project.
Built for both ends of the Lone Tree market. Whether you're in a 6,000 sq ft custom in Heritage Estates or a 1,800 sq ft patio home near the Arts Center, our designs scale. We don't push a luxury upsell on a downsizer — and we don't cut corners on a custom build.
Finish quality that matches Lone Tree architecture. Our materials — thermally-fused laminate panels, premium soft-close hardware, real wood doors and trims — are spec'd to match the cabinetry already in your home. No "good enough" finishes.
No high-pressure sales. We design on-site, give you a firm quote, and leave. No "today-only" discounts, no countdown timers, no commission-driven scripts. Lone Tree homeowners have seen the franchise pitch — we don't do it.
